About the NextGen Policy Leaders Fellowship (NPLF) The NextGen Policy Leaders Fellowship (NPLF) is a transformative leadership and policy development program dedicated to nurturing the next generation of changemakers within the Cape Coast South Constituency. Designed for young people with a passion for governance, diplomacy, and public service, the fellowship equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and networks to drive meaningful change at both local and global levels. Through an intensive curriculum centered on governance, foreign and local policy, social impact, and ethical leadership, the fellowship empowers youth to critically engage with pressing societal issues and contribute to building resilient, inclusive, and accountable institutions. Fellows will participate in workshops, policy simulations, mentorship sessions, and community-based projects that foster real-world understanding and leadership excellence. The Leaders in Diplomacy Fellowship is more than a learning opportunity, it is a call to action for young people to reimagine the future of leadership in Ghana and beyond.
